AM I UNDER ANY OBLIGATION TO YOU AFTER SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION?

No. You are under no obligation by applying. After you submit an application, we will contact you to discuss whether or not ATC is a good career fit for you.

CAN I PICK UP SHIFTS TO FIT MY SCHEDULE?

Absolutely! One of the biggest benefits of working for ATC is you can work as much or as little as you want. We have both per diem and contracted assignments that vary in location, time, and responsibilities. However, once you commit to an assignment, we request that you honor that commitment and fulfill the terms of that assignment.

CAN I WORK FULL TIME?

Definitely. If you work per diem, we have dozens of clients with immediate needs, so you will always be able to fill your calendar. If you are interested in contracted work, the majority of assignments are for full time for the duration of the contract.

DO I HAVE TO SIGN A LONG-TERM CONTRACT?

No. ATC does not require that you sign a contract. You just choose the work situation that best fits your needs. We have per diem, short and long-term contracts, temp-to-perm, and direct placement opportunities.

Plus, you get to choose when and where you want to work. And as an ATC Healthcare Associate, you’ll earn higher than average pay rates, receive excellent benefits, and work for one of the most highly-rated healthcare agencies in the nation. So the question becomes, why would you want to work with anyone else?

MY ORGANIZATION FEELS THAT IT IS TOO COSTLY TO HIRE AN OUTSIDE STAFFING COMPANY. ARE THERE COST BENEFITS TO USING ATC HEALTHCARE SERVICES?

Yes, there are definitely cost benefits to using ATC, which is why we work with our clients to do a more thorough cost-benefit analysis beyond just comparing internal pay rates to external bill rates. Payroll taxes, state unemployment tax, workers compensation costs, liability insurance, benefits costs, paid time-off costs, overtime costs, and many indirect costs of retaining your employees must be considered when hiring an outside staffing firm.

We also work with our clients to employ cost-effective strategies that generate a return on investment beyond their initial expectations. Many of our clients save thousands of dollars every year by eliminating recruiting costs such as placing ads, spending time reviewing resumes and interviewing, hiring, and onboarding candidates. Further, the time ATC devotes to ensuring candidates are well-qualified, credentialed, and payrolled, generates opportunities for you to spend your days on what you do best, taking care of your patients and/or residents.  We would be happy to work with you to do a more thorough cost-benefit analysis to determine how external staffing could best benefit you.
