To ensure we meet your quality expectations, ATC follows a rigorous hiring process:

  • Completion of an application
  • Resume/work history review
  • Interview with one of our recruiters and/or managers
  • Attainment of prior and/or current references
  • Verification of licensure, certification, or registration
  • CPR certification and/or ACLS, etc. as appropriate for position
  • Annual physical
  • Self-assessment skills checklist (specific to area of assignment)
  • Passing of a competency/skills evaluation (specific to area of assignment)
  • Passing of OSHA and Joint Commission standards quiz
  • Completion of sexual harassment training
  • Background check
  • Drug screen
  • HIPPA review and acknowledgement
  • Vaccination records: TB, Hep B (or declination), and other vaccinations as required for position
  • ATC orientation (includes expectations review and acknowledgement)
  • Completion of any client-specific orientation, as requested
